Las Ramblas in Barcelona is the most emblamatic promenade or boulevard in the city. It is the identity of this city, a street where you´ll find tons of shops, bars, restaurants, museums, art galleries, sculptures, fountains and representative structures of the city, of it´s art and it´s heritage.

The great Liceo Theatre is the most important building and emblamatic located on Las Ramblas. It has more than a millenium and half of history. The most important names in Opera have passed through here. It has caught on fire on two seperate occasions and been restored both times.

The Columbus Monument of 1888 conmemorates Columbus´ return to Spain, It shows the Genova marinor pointing towards the sea, a place that helped him discover America. The Boqueria Market is definately worth experiencing. There are also tons of flower vendors. The center of Art of Santa Monica is also an important place. The Miro Mosaic or the Canaletas Fountain form a big part of this citie´s history.
