Barcelona, Spain is a city full of amazing monuments to see. Without a doubt, the Sagrada Familia shouldn´t be missed. It is a massive temple that was constructed at the end of the 19th century by architect Antoni Gaudi. Modernism, Art Nouveau, the San Bernabe Tower, all were created by him. Gaudi left the Sagrada Familia still unfinished at his death, but others continued to build it until Spain´s Civil War, when most of this master work was destroyed. Architects Francesc Quintana, Puig Boada, and Lluis Bonet Gari continued the reconstruction of the church after the war. Today the Sagrada Familia is still under construction. One of its main walls has been named a patrimony to humanity by UNESCO.

Continuing the cultural route, you should see the Gran Teatro del Liceo, constructed over 150 years ago. It has been visited by some of the most important and famous artists in the world, and is a symbol of Catalnoian Aristocracy.
